Booking terms

All prices include GST. These terms apply to bookings made online, by phone, on WhatsApp or at the counter.

Deposits

• Wash packages: no deposit — book free and pay at the counter.
• Detailing services: a $50 deposit secures your appointment.
• Prestige European: a $50 deposit is taken at the inspection booking.
• Ceramic coating: after your free inspection and written quote, a $200 deposit secures the bay.

A deposit is a part-payment of the agreed price and comes off your final bill — it is not an extra charge.

Cancelling

Cancel 24 hours or more before your booking and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. If we ever cancel on you, you are refunded in full regardless of timing.

Rescheduling

Reschedule 24 hours or more ahead and your deposit and price carry across, free. A change inside 24 hours is treated as a cancellation and a new booking. We will always tell you before anything is forfeited.

No-shows

If you do not arrive for a booked appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

Price at the time of booking

The price you are quoted at booking is the price you pay, even if our prices change afterward.

Your belongings

Please take your belongings with you. Check the cabin, glovebox, console and boot before you hand over your keys. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property left in a vehicle.
